Your account details are protected and can only be changed by our support team. If you need to modify any account details, you may request by contacting our support team.
How do I change my password
To change your password
- Go to Account > Account Settings > Password.
- Type in your Existing Password.
- Input your desired password into the New Password field as well as into the Confirm New Password field.
- Make sure you follow the password guidelines displayed in the bottom part of the page.
- When you are done, click Submit.
How do I reset my password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by following the steps below.
To reset password
- Logout of your Clipsal Cortex Fleet account.
- Click Forgot password?.
- Input your registered Email address and wait for the 6 digit verification code send to your email.
- Enter the 6 digit verification code to successfully reset your password.
