There are two reasons why your Cortex meter is not communicating which causes the live page to not show any data:
- Bad reception (see the fix antenna/s section)
- Meter is powered off (see the power cycle section)
To fix the antenna/s
- Make sure that the Cortex meter antenna/s is/are attached properly.
- Try changing the direction of the antenna/s and see if this makes the meter to have three green lights on.
- You can also try removing the antenna/s then attaching them back. If this still doesn't work, proceed to power cycle.
To power cycle
- In your switchboard, please find the breaker that's powering your Clipsal Cortex meter/s. If there's no specific breaker labelled, use the main switch grid supply breaker. (Note: Switching off mains will shut down the power for the entire house.)
- Put that breaker switch in off position and wait until all the lights on the meters are out.
- Wait for 15 minutes
- After powering off, turn the breaker back to on position, wait for a bit and check the meter lights again. If the three lights on the meter are now solid, then your meter is online and communicating.
If the above doesn't work, please contact Support.

My Cortex meter is off-line. I've followed the instructions for resetting the antenna and power supply. But no lights appear on the device connected to the tall antenna. Only the device connected to the short antenna has lights on. Please advise remedy.
Thanks
