Delete your Clipsal Cortex account

If you don't want your Clipsal Cortex account anymore, you can request for it to be deleted by creating a support ticket. Please specify your full name as well as the service address when making the request.

What happens when you delete your Clipsal Cortex account

• If you still have a valid subscription, it will be voided.
• You can no longer use your account to view your Clipsal Cortex meter data.
• Your personal data, tariff/rates, and uploaded bills will be deleted.
